I'm a product design leader who operates at the strategic and execution layers at once. I set direction, then shape the most critical work directly.

My career started in visual and systems design, and grew into leading teams, owning end-to-end product areas, and partnering with product and engineering at the platform level. That arc is intentional. I read the code, I know the constraints, and I make trade-offs that hold up in production.

I've led design across consumer fintech, enterprise SaaS, and healthcare — building career frameworks, running design rituals, and driving initiatives that show up on the revenue line. I'm most useful in ambiguous, high-stakes problem spaces where the answer isn't obvious and the work has to be defensible to executives, engineers, and users at the same time.
